Dishonest hotel staff + Booking.com lies = completely idiotic decision-making by sucker customers.

The location in Waikiki beach was great and really well-located for a location. They also had a close proximity to shopping at vastly overpriced stores, and bad food locations within walking distance. The only real bright spot was the Lappert's Ice Cream shop near the hotel entrance, I recommend this 10/10 100% awesome ice cream. Shop local !

When we arrived the line was about 30 minutes to check in. The desk clerk did not have our rooms ready and did not have our request for rooms near each other. She informed us that the rooms were in separate towers. With my 78 year old mother, walking extreme distances was a terrible outcome for this. But the worst of all is when she asked if we wanted to be near each other, she did not inform us that we were being removed from our Ocean View Room with King Bed from the tower show in the booking.com website, and moved to the Kalia tower in the very BACK of the resort, with 2 towers blocking the view. We had to walk nearly 15 minutes to get there and her view was obstructed and completely not what we paid for. Their hotel staff made no mention of this and just sent us to the worst possible location. They did not respect the reservation that you claim I had whatsoever. And we paid nearly $1400 for 2 rooms for 1 night? That is utterly ridiculous and your service clearly is not honest about your bookings, and has no ability to represent the rooms that you claim to be giving to customers like us. We were lied to by booking.com and the dishonest hotel staff who ruined our stay in Oahu.

Not worth the money

It is a nice Hotel but in my opinion not worth the price. I had a room with ocean view, which means you can view the ocean a bit but not the sunset, this is an extra price category, the room was located in the Diamond tower. The room was big, clean and comfy but very very old. I didn't even had a mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. They try to get extra money for everything, if you want to have an early access to your room, you have to pay extra. There is no breakfast or parking included. Parking is very very expensive. The restaurants are ok but also expensive. I ordered a fruit bowl for breakfast and had rotten berries in it. In the end I didn't had to pay the fruit bowl but the waiter didn't even apologized or offered a new one. You can get a new beach towel multiple times a day. The beach is not part of the hotel, it is a public beach which is very crowded. The hotel consists of different towers and it is very confusing to find your way between the towers. I expected a bit more luxury for that price and in the end I got an average hotel which is way overpriced.

Pool facilities was great. Right next to the beach. Looks great. Many good restaurants near by.

For a 4 star hotel, they did not even provide toothbrushes, personal care pack etc. No slippers. No fresh mill or even bottled water. I expect those items from a 4 star hotel. Those are just standards.

Overall good place to stay but consider the noise if you are with young children

The pools, the staff and the private beach are amazing

It was very noisy- we got a room in tapa tower that was extremely noisy because of the live music from the bar. In addition there were renovations being done in the elevator section causing very loud drilling noises as well as long lines for the elevators.

Even though I came for work, the whole stay was rejuvenating.

The property was beautiful! I definitely enjoyed the spa facilities and lounging on the beach. Also I loved having shopping options near by

Very good

The location of the hotel is convinient for shopping both at Waikiki and Ala moana. Also restaurants in the hotel were nice too. We visited Blue water shrimp twice during this stay.
