Location!

The booking said that parking and break parking was included, but it was not . That was disappointing. The front desk girl! Kaina! She very unpleasant! I had to come after my first and do my own housekeeping! Because they do not do it even though I requested it! I will never stay again there.

Everything was good for the location and hotel itself.

I was charged 4 times for parking when I had two vehicles and the continental breakfast was not free.

Unclean beds

Location, shuttles and staff.

The beds are buggy, I got bitten in my legs 7 times and they became swollen and itchy. I stayed for 7 days bed sheets were not changed once for the whole 7 days! Also whenever u call room service or reception from the room no one picks up! U need to go down to the reception whenever u need something. Hotel overall looks tired and understaffed. A safe in the room is a must. Also a boiler is needed. Coffe machine is not enough.

Great Location/Sweaty Hallways

This is our 4th time at this location. The location is perfect. Right in front of SeaWorld. Minutes away from Disney, Universal, Icon Park, Discovery Cove, City Walk. Staff was friendly. The bar in the lobby was nice after a day at Disney..lol. Rooms are clean.

So for some reason as soon as you step out into the hallway it felt like it was 100 , it was really weird and I don't remember it ever being like that. I was hearing alot of guests complain about that. And the laundry facilities were horrible. Only one washer worked. And when it worked it leaked water all over the floor and it's in this tiny tiny room with no seating at all. We had to sit on the floor in the hallway while waiting on our clothes.
