Just an average stay with very high cost.

Room was spacious and staff were friendly. Beach front property.

Vehicle cannot reach the property, So we need to walk through beach to reach here. Maintenance of rooms are not good, for example, out if 3 deluxe king rooms we booked 2 rooms, there was no/damaged lock in bathroom doors. One room balcony was not openable.. Things we expect in premium rooms were not here like as below: No hair drier No mini fridge No breakfast option, Instead they have a paid restaurant with very high cost options and pathetic service, but food was ok. You can find better and cheaper restaurants nearby. Lack of tooth brush and paste in toiletries No strings for hanging wet cloths, instead one small steel hanger is there. No sofa instead they kept chairs.

Room was a bit dated. Although the room was clean, the Iinens were old & the room could use a coat of paint. The grounds could be picked up more frequently & thoroughly.

MAITREE On Arambol Beach, North Goa!

"Prince" a Steward at their in-house Restaurant "Melba" was Very Attentive and tried his best to provide Customer Delight! Indian Food at the Restaurant "Melba" was Good...and they even adjusted it at times to our taste. "Happy" their Reception Manager tried his best to provide Customer Satisfaction. Their House Keeping Staff of Naik, Jeet and Sunil were Very Responsive. Their Location on Arambol Beach was spot on!

Internet / WiFi connectivity could have been better. Wife could not take her Online Classes and had to Cancel all her Classes during our 4 Nights Stay there. Cocktails could have been better...but that was possibly because the Regular Bartender was away and a Trainee Bartender was doing his best to manage the show.

The location is fantastic

It's unhygienic, the rooms are not clean, bedsheets had black stains and blood marks and when i decided to leave, they didn't even offer to waive the money for the night but were hell bent that i pay even if it's their fault and i ended up paying for nothing
