My husband and I was double charged for our room due the assistant manager not being able to operate her computer system with shown proof. We arrived very late and had an 8 hour drive to the hotel. The treatment was very unprofessional and zero care about our funds being tied up into the hotel. Even after checking in the room was not even cleaned. So we had to wait for her to find us another room that was properly cleaned. We will never come back to this hotel.

Superb

It was a comfortable family friendly clean hotel with nice pool and gym. It was a very nice place.

The cleaning service "housekeeping" was externally nice. They made sure our room was clean each day and they were very responsive when we needed anything.

I didn't like the lower level view I would have liked to be on a higher floor. All in all it was an ok view. Along with the price of breakfast I think there should be package deals for families or young children even.

- nice bed - spacious room - clean

- We were locked out of our room for the night as the door lock was out of charge, this was the night before our checkout and made the morning a big rush trying to get packed before checkout. - The AC was very loud and had woken me up in the night at points. - The toiletries such as lotion and shower gel had ran out on our second day. - The room was not ready for us at the check-in time and we had to wait to get into our room after a long flight. - Breakfast is $20 per person - room felt dated
