It was average
the Staff was friendly, professional and courteous, particularly Mischael Celestin who when out of his way to help us, answer our question and accommodate our requests
The Bed was too hard. The room temperature was unstable, heat, cold, heat cold, even when the number did not change. the price was a little high for the accommodation

Room was large
The place looks tired - furniture in the room and bathroom was banged up. Nothing at all near the hotel. Staff werent friendly upon arrival. USB chargers on the bedside lamp didnt work (realized when my phone & watch werent charged in the morning). Had to ask to have coffee in room replaced every day even though staff came in to clean.

The heat was not working I slept fully dressed with my coat on. Front desk was rude and inconsiderate. They had to bring me a space heater.
