Charged Exorbitant Incidental Fee $100 a night x 5 nights = $500

I didnt like anything about my stay with Hilton- I felt violated, I felt that it was misrepresented on both booking.com (which they then treat you like a second class citizen) and Hilton. Both sent you an email about a $25 urban fee and then a $100 incidental fee (no where on that paper does it say per night of stay but staff act like you should just know it). I felt sick after they took $500 which I needed for this vacation to eat and explore Boston. I was in a huge deficit after that and had to leave early on Monday on a greyhound back to NY. The staff is indifferent to your needs, the room is cold and the lights are dim.

Before we came in, Hilton didnt tell us the deposits were charged every day, you didnt show any policies on the website. How dare you charge the deposits of early check-in everyday without telling us in advance? Did you check in every day?
