Very poor

Hotel didnt responded my message about the double charge. They supposed to get money from booking but they charged me again after I already paid for Booking. I still didnt get my refund from this booking yet.

Pet fee misinformation

I am rather upset about misinformation on pet fee. Here on booking.com it shows $40, at the time of arrival, I got charged $100 for my dog for one night, and the receptionist was not helpful in sorting this situation out. I have tried reaching out to the hotel to sort this out, no response so far.

Credit card fraud! They charged me for a night stay after cancelling with them through booking.com and their front desk. Unreasonable and will never book there again.

I didn't know I wouldn't get Hilton Honors Points because I booked through Booking. Com. Also, I was only booked for one night when I booked two nights. I had to prove my reservation with a hard copy I had printed out.

very modern, high quality fittings. nice location on the outskirts of Vail but close to I-70. near restaurants and shops. good front desk service - excellent complementary cookie!
