Superb

Very good facilities and location

Great hotel with very good facilities and exceptional location. We went to the top pool to watch the fireworks for new year and that was very good :)

The only issue is that the hotel entrance is not supervised, I had the feeling that many people using facilities were not staying at the hotel.

Superb

A handy location close to the Viaduct & waterfront with a comfortable and clean room.

I loved being upgraded to a beautiful room although I didn't use it very much. The view was great with the room nice, tidy and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. I left my bag with them and they took it up to the room when it was ready. Location was great as it was only a short walk to the Viaduct and where my head office is located.

Nothing that I can think of right now.

Just a reminder if you're booking a room which states habour view, make sure you clearly state thi

ROOM: I thought I was getting the room with a harbor view of Auckland, instead i had a small room looking at another wall very disappointing. I went to see the reception and was told I have to specifically request for a room with this particular view when I booked for this room it similarly displayed a view with a harbor view. I paid a full price of $273 with no view and two small single beds, again disappointing.

I left early at 5:30am, didn't wait to check out at 10am. Just a reminder if you're booking a room which states harbour view, make sure you clearly state this in the leave a comment box, There is a carpark charge of $45 dollars as well. Overall I was disappointed with my stay, it was expensive for 2 single beds and a very small room, total cost at $273 plus $45 car park charge.

Not what I expected for over 400 dollars a night

The roof top pool was lovely

I was assured a tower room when I contacted 6 month ago. One wasn't available! When I arrived early I left my bags. When I checked I was told they had been taken to my room. They hadn't so I had to go down to collect them For New Years Eve, we were told they needed 90 minutes to prepare, as far as I could see there was no preparation. Chairs left out in the rain and no extra seating

One of our rooms was meant to be a one bedroom apartment (room 554) but the bedroom wasn't properly separated from the rest of the apartment, so it lacked privacy. The staff were friendly and helpful, but we got a real sense on 26 Dec that the hotel was understaffed.

Expensive, older hotel but spacious rooms

Good sized room, good location, not too crowded.

Hard to find reception, valet parking just left our car on the street which didnt feel very safe. Expensive, very old hotel, no help offered with bags.
