A lovely friendly place to stay

The staff are fantastic; warm, friendly and welcoming. Rooms are lovely, nicely decorated and spaceous enough. A quaint space. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Great location, very helpful staff. Its a great place to stay at if youre there for few days.

You could say that its a little bit old compared to other places. But its more ventilated and has a better location for shopping.

Christmas stay in Hanoi

We stayed here for just one night as we were heading to Halong Bay the next day. Hot water in the shower Very good very fast, especially important in winter. Beds were comfy but the balcony was quite rusty. TV also was not working but we didn't complain to the front desk as we were tired and didn't want to watch. Breakfast was good but the service could be a little faster. Really appreciate the receptionist staff as they were so helpful and friendly!

Friendly staff, great location near old quarter and large rooms.

Enormous room, very friendly staff. If you want to be in the old quarter the location is great but the streets are busy all the time. Breakfast that is included is simple but fresh. We had a nice balcony with city views.

The rooms do need a lick of paint and the doors / windows arent soundproofed but as we on the 6th floor it was slightly less noisy. The minibar in the room needs to have an inventory list attached which guests should check upon arrival. We were charged a beer upon leaving and couldnt dispute it as our taxi had arrived and this needed to be checked with housekeeping to query and therefore we just paid and left, but not ideal.

Decent & central accomodation

Beds are huge and room is also very big. The staff is really helpful and speaks english well. Also the breakfast is very good, you can choose from 6 different freshly prepared dishes.

the bathroom/shower is outdated, water was not draining well and some small flies were coming out of the drainage.
