People were extremely loud , called front desk for assistance. Employee was busy checking guest in and forgot about the initial complaint 12:03am still going went down to front desk and asked to be moved to a new room or tell them to quiet down so I could sleep . Only got 3 hours of sleep complained to manager Jerry Brown I asked him to contact me to resolve issue he said he would this guy is a liar glad the rest of the staff has some integrity. I guess this guy doesnt realize how great this country can be. If you just do what you say, you gonna do dont lie to your customers telling them youll get back with them. This happened twice after I called corporate to complain they informed me he would call back he never did I would have had more respect for a person that just tell me the truth if youre not gonna do anything, just say youre not gonna do anything I guess its hard to get good help these days but after spending over $600 for four nights everyone should be entitled to a good nights sleep, or at least reimburse you 40 or $50 for your inconvenience Jerry brown you owe your customers who pay your salary to be honest and remember you work for the people you serve every day the Hilton name should mean something Im a veteran who served the great country with honor and respect with truth, liberty and justice, for all.
