Not what I expect from Hampton Inn, wont be returning

Location worked well for our needs. Didnt have time for breakfast so cant comment on that.

Hampton Inn lobby was closed. Upon prying the automatic doors open enough to squeeze in, we found a sign on the registration desk directing us to the Homewood Suites lobby (same building but separate entrance). Wouldve been nice to either know this in advance (email, text?) or be able to read the closed sign from outside the doors. Our room was in need of a refresh, just looked shabby overall. The air conditioning unit makes a jet engine sound every time it kicks on; hard to sleep through

They changed my card when I had already paid. Had to wait for someone to come to the front so I had to call the front while standing for someone to come to the front

Disappointing

I picked the hotel for the location and because I have had good experiences with Hampton Inns in the past.

The noise level on the 15th level kept me awake. People were being really loud at 2:30 in the morning. Elevators smelled like smoke. And the front desk staff weren't very friendly at all. They seemed bothered whenever I approached them and that was four times over three days.

Disappointing

My stay could have been better.

The property was nice the location was convenient as well.

Simone vomited in the elevator the night I checked in and when I told the receptionist at check in her response was oh well then after getting to my room the receptionist knocked on my door at 3am to ask me to come downstairs because my room wasnt paid for after I paid in advance and received my room keys and receipt. It was very annoying considering I knew the rim was already fully paid for and I even asked the front desk person if she needed my card for incidentals etc and she said no. I woke up in the morning to take my daughters downstairs for breakfast before their competition and we had to ride the same elevator with the vomit on it. It was still there the next day!!! Someone threw a sheet on top of it and it smelled horrible. No one wanted breakfast after that so we checked out immediately.

Very good

A little more expensive than we anticipated but was otherwise fine.

The breakfast was okay. It met my expectations. The location was good.

I have experience with buttonless elevators so I was able to navigate nicely. However, I saw a few people who did not. The price of the room was higher than expected, due to the marathon, which we were unaware of.

Location to theater, micro and refrigerator in the room

Bed was not comfortable- hard, tub was not clean, the stopper would not stay up, thin walls- I heard all of the parties on other floors

It's nice hotel but not worth the price.

I had a corner room that was big and comfortable.

The breakfast was horrible for such a high end hotel. I also way overpaid for ice cream in the snack shop only to get it back to my room and find out that the carton was only half full and it was freezer burnt. The roof top bar was really nice but the drinks were twice as much as what we paid for in the fancy restaurant down the street. I was a little mad that I generously tipped the bartender without looking at the receipt and then realized a gratuity was already charged. I'm not a cheap person and knew this was going to be an expensive one night stay but I don't like getting ripped off.

We had to move rooms due to air conditioning not working. It turned out we got a bigger room.

Very good

A bit pricey for what it was, not much service, but clean and nice room

Once inside the room, even on the floor, everything was fine. The staff was fine, very friendly on Monday and Tuesday, and helpful.

Elevator B looked dilapidated, and the entrance to the hotel being off the side of the building entrance with the main attraction being the Post Office at the end of the hallway was, let's say, very unusual. Breakfast was something to be avoided.
