Amazing hotel - would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, great views of beach, fantastic service and location. Great evening entertainment.

Thought the outdoor restaurant menu was a little limited for the quality of hotel but amazing setting. Breakfast was good.

The Hotel was beautiful, service excellent, nothing was too much trouble, we will definately return.

Everything was excellent, we received an upgrade to our already beautiful room. The staff was fantastic very attentive. Could not fault anything.

Absolutely Marvelous!!!

An outstanding property, the room was fabulous, the amenities - superb! Upon arrival the gentleman who checked us in -Jay, was very professional, kind and efficient. He elaborated on the main features of the hotel and escorted us to our room. Lovely welcome amenity awaited us in the room and most certainly the room itself was immaculately clean, fresh and nicely appointed. The breakfast at House Without a Key and our Pool experience was also exceptional. The property has magnificent Ocean views that we enjoyed throughout our stay. Halekulani's location right on the Beach made access very easy and contributed to the joy of staying at the property! Guests have everything they need at their fingertips. Thank you Halekulani, what a memorable stay!!

My family and I absolutely loved everything about Halekulani and its staff. From the first moment we stepped into the hotel until our departure when the bell staff assisted us with our luggage and bid us Goodbye - everything was absolutely wonderful. Thank you Halekulani for an unforgettable stay!

Halekulani is already looking tired from a resort perspective. Overpriced to the point of being out of proportion with

Clean & accommodating with attentive staff

Overly attentive staff with emphasis on pushing comfort boundaries for tips Food was ordinary for a 5 star hotel and the focus was on outside visitors instead of trying to make the actual hotel paying guests a priority

Otherwise loved the experience as always

Unwelcoming attitude from one of the bartenders toward my husband - he was sceptical that my husband was a guest of the hotel and required him to prove his ID and room details before he would serve him a drink at the pool bar before dinner.
