The Location was perfect its near the Colosseum area 10 min and the Trevi Fountain 10 min walking so the hotel is between this areas.

Exceeded my expectations

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. it was my first time here. The hotel is very close to the fountain, like 5 minutes by foot, and like 15-20mins walk to the colosseum. The overall ambiance of the hotel is good, and you can cast your phone to your tv to watch your favorite things on the bigger screen. i also commend their cleaning as it is up to standards. overall, it was good stay and i would recommend it again. They also use Rituals for their soaps and shower gels/shampoo etc so that was an added bonus. My flight was at 8pm but the maximum late checkout they could offer me is 1pm. it was the season so I guess it's okay.

I wish the housekeeping provided a vanity kit in their bath kits. They had toothbrush/paste, shower cap, shaving kit and shoe shine, but no vanity kit (i.e. ear cotton buds and facial cotton pads). I tried asking them to get me some but they brought tissues instead. Also on one occasion, I drank from one of the glass complimentary water bottles they put in the room, and noticed they didn't replace it and instead it just put it next to the other glass bottle (they offer two). Finally, check in process is slightly slow.

The location was very central. The rooftop had a nice view. The room was spacious. They gave us a bottle of champagne as per our last H10 visit in Venice for our honeymoon. But we again didnt open it. Appreciate the gesture. Front desk was blur. They didnt seem to put their heart into customer service rather it was just a job to do kinda thing.

The espresso cups and spoons were dirty! Tho the location was great, walkable to colosseum, forum and Paletine hill, it was very noisy for us staying on the 5th floor, facing the main road. The amount of car and emergency vehicles sounding was unbearable. The bed was too soft, pillows were too soft. We had a massage done in the city as it was unbearable.
