Guest's Heaven is praised for its excellent accommodation and location in a safe area near the center of Rome. The rooms are extremely clean and the mattresses are good. The furniture is basic but th (Read More)e overall value for the price is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing suggestions for nearby restaurants. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation. The only negatives mentioned are the difficulty in communicating in English and some noise from the neighbors. Overall, it is highly recommended.

Disappointing

Rome is great this room should not be rented out

The room was clean, and cleaned every day.

When you get de room in the basement say no. The heating pipes of the whole apartment runs through that room, which makes it hot. One window high in the room gives some daylight but also blocked by a curtain that cannot be opened, difficult to get proper fresh air in. I have not seen smoke detectors but in case of fire you are trapped in this room. We had room nr. 8

We were very satisfied with the room temperature, beds and cleaning! The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was brand new and the room was cleaned every day. You could also change towels whenever you wished to. There was always hot water as well as heating, especially every night. We slept really well. Finally I would like to mention Simone who was extremely helpful, friendly and always polite!

Decent place if you have 1) rome metro pass; 2) antihistatime; 3) unlimited data on your phone

Safe location: Kosovo Embassy is in the same condo complex. Street trash collection right outside the complex. Large closet space. Responsive owner. Beds are comfortable. Accomodates late checkin. Hot water with good pressure. Clean towels and enough bathroom supply.

Room a bit too small for opening luggage. Internet is unreliable: resetting the router only occasionally fix the problem. Located in an area with a lot of pollen in November, I got severe allergy the whole time. No water cooker, bathroom ventilator very very loud, and the shower is badly designed: the entire floor of the bathroom gets wet even when you are very careful taking the shower.

Excellent location, Comfortable and clean

Optimal Location. We took a bus from Termini and in 10 minutes, we arrived at the location, which was very close to the bus stop. The room was clean enough and there was water in the fridge with tea and coffee. There was also an elevator and it was very close to the place that we intended to visit, so it was perfect for us.
