Excellent hotel with excellent service, the staff is ever present with a desire to help. Charges are

Excellent Breakfast. Service by the front desk staff was truly excellent. The two ladies who really deserve a mention are Ms. Mofida and Ms Manesa.

The towels are very poorly washed. They smell dirty. Their rates have been jacked up to a very high level. (I have stayed here before and this time I found the rates extremely. If their rates continue at a high like this I may look for another place.

Breakfast was excellent

1) Had to request the room service to fix the tv ,came to know the hdmi cable was missing from the room. 2) The body wash/ soap liquid was finished and wasn't refilled during room cleaning. That basic expectation is that the consumable will be refilled during daily room cleaning.. which wasn't the case. 3) We were allocated a room opposite the place where the interior construction was happening, the front desk didn't inform the same as part of the courtesy when giving keys.. 4) The hotel was being renovated with newer interior but old towels were provided.to room guest. 5) Rooms were more expensive than last year but towels and consumables weren't adequately replenished. The hotel has implemented cost cut measures. However this results in a few hygiene related issue for the guest. As most of the toiletries are in reusable bottles which may not be adequately sanitized for new guests..

Good memories and great feel.

best idly and variety at breakfast. Great memories and it has retained the same charm and warmth like when i used to frequent it 20years ago

choice for lunch and dinner for vegetarians could be better and some heaty options could help. You should have couple of signature comfort healthy food on the menu.

Would definitely stay again and recommend for a low budget but comfortable stay.

This is an incredibly good value hotel. We chose it as my son in law was running the 50 km ultramarathon (5/11/23) and his team was booked here. The hotel was extremely good value and we had a half board deal. The staff were exceptionally attentive, the breakfast and lunch/dinner buffet was abundant with huge number of options, very tasty and varied. The minibar was complimentary and 4 bottles of water daily. Whats not to like?

The rooms look a bit tired and dated, but are clean. The whole hotel could do with a bit of freshening up of carpets and decor, but it's not a big deal as it was comfortable and clean.
