Room have balcony -> great Bathroom old applainces and the WC is awfull. Bath curtain was dirty

The hotel refused issuing an invoice since booking was paid in advance through booking.com. The hotel is still refusing to issue it. Booking.com is still not able to help

- Far from JR station. Very tired with big baggage because of sloping. - No any recommendation about the hotel from staff. Dont know information about garden and other facilities. - Swimming pool is closed - Dont know information about the bus from hotel to JR station. - Facilities quite old - Equipments in the room like heater no English information. We have to translate by google to adjust them.

Superb

Great location within walking distance to Shinagawa station which has excellent connectivity. Good eateries were an easy stroll from the hotel. Staff went out of their way to help us find my youngest boy's teddy bear which was accidentally taken by the cleaners (and returned safely to us!). Rooms very comfortable. Lovely gardens to stroll through - would certainly stay here again.

We had twin rooms next to each other, but no connecting doorway between rooms - would have been nicer if we had had connecting rooms as a family of four.

Great hotel, nice accommodations and the staff was very courteous and rooms were clean.

We liked the location of the hotel and I liked the staff. The Bell Desk staff was very nice and helpful. I appreciated their efforts in helping us with our issues.

Nothing. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We would return again.

Decent stay, but we had higher expectations for Prince hotel

Hotel lobby is beautiful with lots of amenities, restaurants on site, convenience store, laundry service. Staff was very friendly and the view was nice.

Rooms are outdated and in need of renovation. The carpets are old and worn, some mildew spots in the bathrooms. The breakfast was not included. In other Prince hotels weve stayed at, the breakfast was included.
