Very good

Older place but very pleasant with a surprise spa

Unexpected spa at premise including steam bath. Very professional staff members including very friendly front desk. Loved the welcome spice chai. Great comfortable soft matress and quiet rooms.

Electrical installations such as light switches and power plug points could use an upgrade. Additional food would options would make the restaurant even better.

A peaceful Munnar stay at the best hotel !!!

The ambience and the location was good. Staff was courteous. They also upgraded our stay to suit room which was delightful. View from our room was awesome with beautiful tiny lake and lush greenery. Hotel room and mattresses were clean. Hot water was available all the time

Would love to come back for the location, food and comfort

The location of this hotel is excellent - near to the market and the main areas, yet not within a crowded place. The view from the room was pretty good. The room was comfortable, with clean bathrooms and all others. We had dinner included in our plan and it was really good. Starting from soup, all the dishes were very tasty. There were 3 - 4 veg dishes along with 2 - 3 non-veg dishes along with rice, dal, salads etc. We loved as well as enjoyed the dinner!

Breakfast was good with a good number of options, both from the north and south. However, they did not provide egg-to-order nor did we have the option to order any dosa. There was really not much to point to ... everything went very well.

Great hotel location with nice view of valley from the rooms. Got great assistance from Mr. Dayal. He helped us with the plan of sightseeing and arranged cab for us. Had a great stay there. The restaurant food quality is also very good. All over its a very nice hotel with good service.
