Grand Hyatt Vail

Available Filtered water. Shuttle bus.was ok , much needed as quite far from Vail village. Staff were helpful.t

The sauna facilities were chargeable !!! Not acceptable. We were on bed & and breakfast for seven days. We were a family of six & came down to breakfast at the same time each morning. However, we had to go on a wait list for a table to be available every day , not ideal !

Location and comfy beds!

Location. Its got its own lift to the mountain so thats great, but is separate from Vail Village and you need to take the shuttle.

Hotel water would randomly shut completely off during our entire stay. Valet was significantly understaffed and was a mess. There is no hotel sundries shop, so simple items such as medicine and toiletries are not available on site. We asked the front desk to send up sheets and pillows for the pull out bed and they didnt do so until the following day.

Great location! Will come back when ski season is in as you have access to chairlift, etc. on-site. Great to bring your dogs with the trail right there.
