Second time weve stayed at Vail Raquet club - facilities and all staff are fantastic!

Staff are so helpful and keen to ensure you have a good stay. Great swimming pool, hot tubs etc.

First apartment didnt have a dining table and when we asked, we got moved - great customer service.

Rude staff!!!

Very nice setting and the room was fab

The man at the desk when I checked out was very rude and even hateful when I went in to tell them someone had tried to break into my car overnight and I wanted to show him what they did to try and break in so they would know if someone else had the same thing happen to see if it was a continuing problem or just a one time experience. My only intention was to inform him nothing else, due to his rudeness I said I wouldnt be back and he told me Good! So unprofessional, what was a good stay even with the attempted break in was ruined by his complete lack of compassion and wouldnt even consider looking at the car, he was to busy chatting with the staff girl and a man in the lobby to get bother with it.

the hotel is great. the representative at the front desk should be trained how to work with people

the apartment is great. has a lot of light, spaces are convenient, the kitchen is fully equipped and the view from the room is lovely.

A. there is no elevator, we needed to carry our luggage 3 floors. B. We arrived at 8:45 p.m. The representative at the front desk gave us the wrong room, so we carried everything up to realize that it was the wrong room (accommodating fewer people), we carried everything back to the car, drove back to him, and met him outside the building. Once we complained, he became unfriendly and locked us outside the building as he was not very friendly. We were forced to bypass the entrance to enter to receive from him the correct room keys. that was really unpleasant, late, and chilly, weather, with the whole family in the car waiting.
