I would recommend this hotel for a short stay, if you need to be close to the airport.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the spacious shower. Breakfast was very good. Very convenient and easy to find.

I dont really have a complaint about the facilities and the service. I would say that the rates are a bit high

Super connivence location for those need a layover at SFO.

Super connivence location for those are need to have a lay overnight at SFO. I was able to drag my luggages from the baggage carousel to the checkin counter via AirTran without any problem.

Very good

The room was clean and spacious. Service was good. The location is great as it's very near to the airport. We could get there by the airport train. Very convenient :)

The bed and pillow were too soft so we could not sleep well. My dad had a bad back after sleeping.

Very good

Room has been a nice size and very quite. Bed and pillow was very comfortable.Super easy to get to terminal. 5 Minutes. We ate at bar and food & drinks where really good . Bar tender was on top of things, even with a full bar.

The one thing we really didn't like was the carpet in the hallways. We had 3 Large suite cases and they didn't roll well. It was exhausting and frustrating. No help was offered either.

Shower uncomfortable too little flow of water Hairdryer blows cold air Cleaning knocks on door already at 9:45 !!!!!!! Little deception, hope for better accomodation when we return
