Superb

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel.

The coffee included in breakfast is from an automatic machine. That is not real coffee, specially in a country wherever you go in Italy the coffee is the best from expresso machines. The hotel also has it but they charge separately. I don't mind paying but they do not offer it. I only knew last day of our stay. If you have a rental car it may be a good option to stay because it is not close to the metro.

Great staff make all the difference

This was a return trip for us and it was nice to be remembered. Room was excellent and food was great. Great service to organise our transport to the airport .

We were a party of 7 and were told by a young guy we could not move tables together for dinner (there was only 1 other couple there). We also asked for butter for our bread rolls and was told it couldn't be provided because the butter was locked away. The next morning for breakfast Reddick was on duty and he provided exceptional service. He put us all together and provided great service.

Recommend if you drive to Rome and not on budget

Room: 8.5/10 quite big and clean, 2m x 2m bed is insane. Bathroom is a bit small, especially you have to take shower inside a small bath tub. But overall it is good. Not very quiet as we got a room close to the lift. Noisy when other guests are not considerate. Staff: 8/10 friendly staff, helpful and professional. Breakfast: 8.5/10 a bit variety of foods, beacon and eggs (warm), cereal, yogurt and fruits, toast and bread. Good coffee. Parking: 10/10 as driving to Rome, overnight secured parking is important to us.

Location: 7/10 a distance to tourist attractions and away from major roads. Price: 7.5/10 its not cheap, and this is maybe the reason that parking is free, well, we actually pay for it.

Good

Free parking and close to city center. Nice breakfast and good staff working there.

Soon they need a renovation, especially in mattress and pillows , cleaning can be better.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Grand hotel Tiberio. The location was outside of the city although it was a 20 minute walk

The Grand Hotel was very comfortable, very clean and the staff were very friendly and also very helpful

Very good

Booked a classic room, I received an upgrade to a superior room on the 5th floor, with a nice terrace. Very comfortable, well equipped, with working desk and a coffee table in front of a sofa. Terrace with table and chairs. Good breakfast, free private parking, walking distance (10 minutes) from subway station and Vatican walls. Hotel style is classic, well maintained and good both for families and business.
