Good

It's not as I used to remember.

The building is always awesome as I remember.

I had a bad experience at the toilet since I've found a beetle running in. I killed it and it stayed there until the end of my stay, since the room has not been cleaned. The view was over the aircon boxes so it was not amazing... I've been in many other hotels in Singapore and for the same price I've found much better places.

Not satisfied, too expensive for what had been paid

We enjoyed our stay the first time way back 2013. However this time not anymore, cleanliness and the fridge was not working.

Cleanliness at night we saw a wood worm in the floor my husband said it was a caterpillar but I believed it was a wood worm.

Great hotel for a wonderful visit in Singapore

Very well maintained and high quality staff.

Nothing to state. The only issue is noisy guests next door who were inconsiderate and loud throughout the night. That has nothing to do with the hotel.

The grandeur of the hotel and the trees around it gave a great feeling of not being part of the hustle and bustle.

Disappointing

One word, disappointing. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel location was excellent. Most of the staff were friendly and their service was good.

The hotel's appearance was shabby. I had visited the hotel many times in the past but, having emigrated, was away for about 25 yrs. On my return, it became clear that little effort had been made to update the facilities. The pool area was appalling. The breakfast was not extensive or particularly varied. To make matters worst, there was an elderly staff member who would harass guest about finishing their breakfast before 10:30 am. On one occasion, this particular staff member even pulled a face when we arrived for breakfast at 10:00am. Truly shocking !

Awful service. Dirty kettle. Room wasnt made up even when I got back at 5:30 pm and then I had to call reception to ask it be cleaned. Kettle wasnt replaced until after several calls and follow up too. Service at the reception and the cafe at the lobby/outside was just awful too. Had to constantly get up and physically go to the counter to get their attention. Super disappointing and not a good experience
