Amazing! Staff provided fabulous customer service

It was close to everything. My family and I were able to walk to awesome restaurants and amazing shopping. The staff were absolutely exceptional. The culture of superb customer service was genuinely felt from valet check in to valet check out. Jonathan greeted guests and attended to any requests for service. We overheard even some out of the ordinary requests asked of other staff members and what really impressed me was there was never a no we cant do that, it was let me see what we can do. I cannot say enough about the staff. Kristin the night manager on our second night stay was so graceful, smiling, happy, and helpful when we alerted her with an obstacle we encountered. No time was wasted in order to help! And resolution was quick! This was our second time staying here. Our first experience I described as serendipitously amazing. This second time still amazing! Thank you! Keep up the awesome customer service it shows how the staff truly value the customers and value the work they do.

Great breakfast and snacks all day. Excellent customer service. Fantastic location.

The room wasnt soundproofed and there were noisy fans outside. People in adjacent rooms were rather loud.

Perfect hotel in ideal loaction.

This is a well located hotel in Charleston and within walking distance of all attractions. If you want a room with a view then you might be disappointed, but that probably applies to any city hotel, so it wasnt an issue. We had the standard room and it was more than comfortable for us, with good amenities and quiet. If you are particular about needing a walk in shower rather than a bath, then request if beforehand as not all rooms have a walk in shower. The cheese and wine in the evening is a nice touch and we also made use of the complimentary bikes, which were fun and as Charleston is so flat, easy to use. We did have a couple of service issues, but these were dealt with by the hotel to our satisfaction, which is all you can ask. Would love to return one day.

Maybe consider refurbishing the wardrobe units, our was quite scuffed.
