Highly recommended stay in Kochi, don't miss this hotel

This hotel was our best stay in India during 4 weeks of travel. It is a somewhat old fashioned (in a very good way), provides excellent service, with spacious rooms and good furniture. The interior of the hotel is very cool, has a gym and a roof-top pool. Location is perfect to explore the Fort. Value for money is excellent.

We got a connecting room on the last floor, which resulted in a quite poor sound isolation due to constantly changing neighbors and moved chairs on the roof top restaurant during dinners. However, our complaints were met with top professionalism and we were offered a quiet (non-connecting) room on the 2nd floor.

Great location, friendly staff, v nice facilities.

Security staff on front door were delightful - helpful and friendly. Cleanliness and facilities. Size of room v good. Coffee shop was good- like it to open for breakfast All staff friendly and helpful

No access to coffee(espresso) for breakfast. Food in Bayview Terrace was average. Coffee machine was often not available

A wonderful small hotel with an enthusiastic youthful staff

The breakfast was very good and great value. The view from the rooftop pool gave an excellent perspective across the neighbourhood and the wider region.

Nothing really, there were some roadworks going on in the area of the hotel, I stayed Nov. 2023, this was nothing to do with the hotel. It is a great location for all the old historic sites of Cochin
