One of Vails best properties

The spa area/amenities were amazing. The rooms are spacious and very cozy. Our Mountain View had a fire place in the room which we loved. The massages were incredible. The views of the mountain from the hotel room are stellar and the staff are extremely friendly. In person, concierge was extremely helpful and attentive.

Concierge was difficult to reach prior to our stay, however they acknowledged that and indefinitely made up for it during our stay.

Restaurant and room services were top notch. The room was wonderful, the staff was very helpful, and it was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Also, the area and room were very quiet, so it made for a romantic and relaxing stay.

The only complaint was that the bed was not very comfortable.

Excellent!

It was a great hotel with excellent access to Vail Village -- literally walking distance. Staff and room was great and they were very accomodating.

It is expensive -- expect to pay almost double what you would at another resort. If you are looking to save money, this is probably not the property for you.

Everything was amazing the facility the staff the only thing I was very disappointed in was I constantly had to ask for towels, room service Saturday night that I stayed there the turn down was absolutely amazing there was a problem that I notice towards the end of my trip with blood stains on a comforter inside of duvet and a pillow that was covered and had a couple blood stains other than that it was a fabulous location and everything was amazing
