Centrally located for my party

The spa! Booked a morning space and when we arrived the receptionist said wed booked a different time, this was absolutely not true and she was very unhelpful! So we didnt re book.

Xmas break in Benidorm

First time in Benidorm for xmas , we stayed at Ambassador years ago its so much better and modern decor is beautiful. The xmas gala on xmas day was stunning , all waiters dressed up , food was really good , all cooked to a high standard. We would definitely stay here again. Big shout out to Christina the maid on floor4 ,lovely friendly and always smiling.

A couple of female restaurant staff not as friendly in the mornings but other than that al ok

Fantastic short break with my husband and friends.

Check in was very easy, food was excellent for dinner and breakfast. We were very impressed with everything. Location couldn't have been better and cleanliness was second to none.

Nothing at all. I couldn't fault anything about this hotel.
