Fine for a quick layover. I would not choose to,stay here again.
Location near the airport. Clean facilities. Great remote control for lighting and electronics. The room service food was surprisingly good.
Room service had to be paid in cash. No charge to the room. The minibar was locked and no information is provided on how to access during check in. You have to return to the lobby to prepay for access. Its ridiculous. They have your credit card on file.

The hotel is amazing, its located inside a shopping mall with lots of offers for food and drinks. The room is very spacious, clean and modern. I also recommend their buffet breakfast, it was delicious althought a little bit pricey. Staff was super kind and friendly, great customer service. Hotel offers a shuttle service from and to the airport, and when theres no car available they will arrange a taxi for you for free.
Its not about the property, but just keep in mind that the hotel is not suuuper close to the airport, and traffic in Mexico City can be super crazy. So take precautions and try to head to the airport on time.

Very good all around. Precise location for airport and plenty of space everywhere . Very nice property, seems new. Room was exceptional . Staff friendly and food was a bit above hotel average
Parking at the mall, mall And hotel share premises and its not easy to park and get out luggage

It is a great hotel but some staff were rude with us making us feel very uncomfortable!
The Property is amazing, Location is perfectly, Bed is amazing! Felipe the bellman is the best, great service, guest recognition with repeat guests that make you feel at home!
Some staff are not properly trained to delivery a unique and genuine service. They do not anticipate to your needs neither are emphatic or have the capacity to be two steps ahead to avoid bothering clients.
