One guest had a negative experience due to hard pillows and lack of sleep, but the issue was resolved by the staff providing softer pillows. The location of the hotel is praised for being quiet despi (Read More)te being in a happening area. Another guest had a cold first night due to unresponsive staff regarding the air conditioning. However, overall, the hotel exceeded expectations and had friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and basic, with good shower power. The hotel had a great pool and gym, and the buffet breakfast had an excellent selection. The location was ideal and the stay was enjoyable, with plans to return. Safety was also highlighted as a positive aspect.

Not a 5 star hotel. 3 star at best
Location of property
Hotel staff charged me double for my hotel stay. When I called, they were not willing to refund me until I emailed them. Never heard back from them. Also, I booked 2 beds and they gave me 1, they told me thats what I reserved.

Check in clerk didnt have a great attitude. Pool was closed for renovations without previous notice. Room was cold and had no heating. It took 30 minutes for them to send us an extra blanket to the room.

NH Stay: Pros and Cons Revealed
The staff at NH were truly incredible, making my stay effortless and pleasant. The hotel's prime location was a huge plus, and having free parking in this area was a real bonus. I'm definitely considering NH for my future stays.
Noticed that some rooms could use a refresh and a deeper clean, so I'm hoping for an upgrade across the entire hotel, including the pool area. Regarding the restaurant, while the service and food didn't quite meet my expectations, there are plenty of fantastic dining spots just a stone's throw away.
