Overall, guests found the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Gatlinburg Downtown to be clean and comfortable with pleasant customer service. The hotel offers free parking and is a quick drive to the (Read More)main strip area with restaurants and attractions. Some guests had issues with the Wi-Fi and the cleaning product smell in the lobby, but enjoyed their stay overall. The breakfast had good options and the rooms were spacious and updated. The hotel also had a nice pool and outdoor sitting area with a fire pit.

Great hotel!

Rooms are comfortable, clean, modern, and a great place to come back to after a long day. It was a short walk to the shops and restaurants which made it a quieter end of the road. Breakfast was great!

Great location away from crowds but near enough to walk to Main Streets to explore.

I like the fact that there were plenty of breakfast choices for my kids to choose from. All the staff i ran i to were friendly, direct eye contact and always said hello, good morning/afternoon al with a smile on their faces.
