Good location and good restaurant.

Very good location, very friendly staff, good restaurant. Good sized bathroom.

Bed cushion was worn / very soft on one side of bed. Weird room layout, TV was facing bathroom door while wardrobe was facing bed. No formal desk or table in case you want to work, only a small armchair and coffee table.

Great stay, but quite expensive for what is offered

Very comfortable beds and beautiful facilities! We really appreciated the sweet treat and the card with warm wishes for our honeymoon! :)

Not great value for money. Its worth noting though, that we visited during the Christmas break which is a quite expensive period by itself.

Awful - would not return and would definitely not recommend

It's situated above a club so the noise makes it impossible to sleep and went on until 4am. Haven't had this bad an experience in any hotel ever. We changed rooms 3 times and each one was just as bad. The management team were unable to sufficiently adddress the situation and we were left sleep deprived and incredibly disappointed with the money we spent on this hotel.

It was a pleasure to stay here and if I had to return to Auckland I would come back!

The accommodation is right in the CBD surrounded by high end designer departments. While the accommodation itself is a boutique styled hotel and the entrance is very beautiful.

A great stay!

Centrally located and a 2 minute walk to the train station. It was really quiet and the room was excellent- we couldnt fault it. Very good Wi-Fi.

Although the breakfast had lots of options, we felt that the service could have been better. For example, the coffee had run out when we arrived and we had to request for this to be refilled. We requested poached eggs but had to wait 10mins for the chef to become available. Whilst this is fine in a 4* hotel, you would not expect this in a 5* hotel. Also worth noting that the gym is VERY small!
