!!FRAUD HOTEL , ATTENTION CUSTOMERS!!!

Worst experience fraud hotel

This is to bring your serious and strict attention!!!! I booked fab hotel the Khushi regent bhopal on 19nov -20nov. I arrived at 11pm . I already informed about my arrival timings. I booked deluxe room for 1254rs via booking.com, but on my arrival the owner bluntly denied to give the room . Instead he showed me a small dirty store type room for tarif 1600rs. Later on he misbehaved with me at night and was very rude and fraud person . On booking some another room in reality some other room . I insist to take strict actions against such hotels n their owners . Also remove this hotel so that it should not mislead to another customers . Also misbehaving with women's should not be tolerated at any costs. I will sue this hotel , fabhotels and the owner for such malpractices. Also this hotel doesn't follow booking.com rules and price. Location is shady place . I would not recommend any solo or women traveller to visit such fraud place. Booking.com pls take strict action against it.

They gave me a room on upper floor after I requested them

They charged me extra from what I was shown on bookings.com. I checked out 2 days earlier and requested them some refund for that as well but they denied.

Worst hotel ever! Do not stay

The most pathetic hotel to stay. It is so unclean. The room had stinky blankets and cockroaches everywhere. The toilet seat was worse than public toilets. The breakfast was tasteless. Please never visit this hotel.
