Great staff!!

The staff was really friendly. Even though they were working on Christmas, they were very helpful.

The only problem that I had was that the bathroom door didn't close. But it wasn't that big of a problem. I didn't report it or anything. But that was the only issue.

Peter thought I was putting him out to open the door after I rang the doorbell after 11pm. No smiles. Anne on checking out I ask for a address. Reply. Look it up on your phone. I said can you smile??. No smiles after I asked if she could smile. She still did not. Maybe it is her Asian culture. I said if you cannot smile I would fire you on the spot. You are representing Extended Stays. Missed branding about breakfast is totally false. Coffee is it. Mold in shower. Call me and I will be glad to help. 409 Dec 10 and 11. This hotel and extended stay has a problem. I will not be back. All anyone expects if you were a guest in their home treat them like family. That should be easy. These people have no knowledge.

Exceptional

Restful and relaxing

We really liked how quiet and private the hotel was. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the suite we were given had a partial kitchen with a refrigerator and working stove. This brought an additional level of comfort to our stay. The staff were courteous and attentive, we really appreciate how kind Yoely was to us. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and will be returning guests.

The first time I came was great next time I was not so happy, stayed on another floor dirty and smelled and the room did too.

Breakfast breakfast; we are in 2023: at least Extended America can improve on their aging breakfast menus. Coffee and tea; okay; muffins etc, very disappointing

Cleanliness.carpets were dirty and the nightstand and some other surfaces in the room had sticky residue, possibly a soft drink had spilled and wasnt cleaned up properly.

Low cost room, decent hotel, friendly staff, amenities left much to be desired.

The staff was kinda and accommodated our request for early check in. They sent the maintenance man right up when our AC was on the fritz.

Our AC kept popping the reset thing on the plug so it wouldnt blow cold air. The maintenance guy came up, super nice, and reset it but it kept popping. The phone didnt work and the maintenance man informed us that theyd had people out to fix it and it was still messed up. The pool was out of service when we literally hooked this hotel instead of one that was much less expensive because it had a pool.
