Poor

Very loud environment, kids running and screaming in the hallway. Poor management.

Price was decent.

Disappointing

Not maintained. Not feel safe.

The location was OK.

The first two rooms offered smelled bad - the first, from old smoking, the second from mildewed carpet from water damage. In the third, where we stayed, the smell was OK, but the toilet leaked a lot all the time and in the bathroom water oozed out from under the floor tiles when we stepped into the room. In the hallways, we saw two different steel room doors badly damaged from sledge hammer blows (without breaking). Those rooms were tagged "out of order." Our friends in town told us that car break-ins were common in this hotel parking lot. They are not investing in maintenance or security.

Bad experience.

When we arrived there was no one available at the reception, we were waiting for more than 30 mins to get some assistance and it took three employees to find my reservation even though I had my reservation booked. As well, the employees had a verry bad attitude as they were looking for my reservation. Once they gave me the room , it did not look like it was in the best conditions due to it having a distinctive smell, the bed was uncomfortable. As well the hallways were dirty. My reservation was for three nights but I cut it short for 1 night only due to all the unpleasantry's . Worst Experience and customer service I have received.

Poor

Mold, fire damage, overbooking, and poorly managed staff.

They were over booking. While we were able to stay i saw many people with bookings get turned away, even after being confirmed online. "there is nothing we can do about it, we don't have the rooms you booked". I saw a family get turned away at 11pm having showed up from a long day of driving to be turned away from their booking. "Take it up with booking.com" they said, and asked them to leave without even helping them find other lodging in the area. The rooms were dirty, counters hadn't been cleaned, the whole hotel smelled like smoke from a fire earlier in the week, the bathroom was gross and there was quite a bit of black mold, giving both of us a pretty good sore throat the next morning. The included "breakfast" was granola bars and hot chocolate.... ill be avoiding these extended stays from now on. Its like sleeping in an apartment that wasn't thoroughly cleaned on move out. Very bad experience here, and the staff just made it worse.

The furniture was a bit run down, there seemed to be a lot of transients, lots of individuals smoking outside the facility and, cigarette butts all over the ground, lots of noise above me and on the wall where my bed sat, and it made it difficult to sleep. Curtains falling apart and had rips, I had to bobby pin them closed because of the lights outside to sleep.
