The front counter service at this hotel was great, with the staff even calling the room to check if everything was good. However, there was a lack of phone charging options and the guest had to leave (Read More) the TV on all night to charge their phone. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there were noise issues with neighboring guests. The hotel could also improve on providing more restroom products. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the guest felt safe and would return.

Superb

Helpful staff!

The staffs there were very helpful. We booked for 4 double bed studio rooms through booking.com but the hotel received request from booking.com for single queen bed studio. We drove for around 5 hours and wanted to just on the bed, it was 10pm and after a long discussion with Booking.com agent they couldnt find any solution and asked us to find a new place where theyll pay portion of the difference we have to pay in the next place. At last the hotel font desk Mike gave a solution is that they can add a roll away bed for extra $15 each room (which was refunded by Hotel manager in the next morning) and we took that, as we were all exhausted. The rooms were good and clean. That city was weird, was full of homeless people roaming around but I didnt see any near the hotel. And they have security guards.

Employees are thieves!!

I forgot a limited edition flannel in the closet. I called back 3 days after my stay because as I did laundry, I noticed it was missing. They werent very helpful. Waited for a call back and that never happened so I had to show up in person. I spoke to a lady night manager that night when I showed up. I was told to call the next morning and the young man who picked up the phone had an attitude with me. All Im saying is if the housekeepers and employees did their job thoroughly and honestly my flannel would have been there. Never trust anyone who works there! They probably all cover for each other when they want to take things from customers.

Horrible, will not return to this facility.

Only one luggage cart for entire property. Had to have key to get into lobby, hard to do when key wouldnt work and no one was working the desk and when I called on the phone they kept saying push option 4 and never could get through. The web said dishes and just was provided and when I got there it would be an additional forty dollars. I asked for a room with as little walking as possible as we are disabled and have mobility issues and they literally put us in next to the last room farthest room from the lobby. Very disappointed.

The breakfast was terrible with just a muffin. The extra $25 for a dog fee that was not disclosed on booking for the stay. And our room was changed due to it.

Pleasant, but the breakfasts at this chain can be a disappointment

The bed was comfortable and the microwave was huge. The accommodation was close to the highway but was quiet.

Our room telephone didn't work. Breakfast was muffins, granola bars and hot drinks which are taken back to the room. At 8am all that was left were two granola bars so the helpful young man on reception provided full containers of muffins and granola bars to replace those eaten by the workmen.
