The room was really big

Everything seemed a bit old and not well maintained. The shower was quite difficult to manage and there was water everywhere. It is one of those bathtubs that you get in and take a shower, but they put some any-slippery think on the floor of the bathtub, which hasn't been clean in ages and quite disgusting to stand on. The breakfast is a disaster-Everything is paper, there are no normal cutlery or plates, and the food itself is not good. But the smell follows you from the elevator.

Good stay, good accommodations, will be back!

Breakfast was pretty good! Lots of options to choose from!

Coffee needs some work, but Im guessing all Holiday Inns use the same?! Ive stayed at 3 different Holiday Inns in the last two weeks and the coffee at all 3 locations was subpar. Also, our tv remote did not work, so that was kind of a buzz kill!

I always like their breakfast here.

It never happens but they gave me a wrong room that it didn't belong to me or I didn't picked through my hotel app. This has never happened to me out of my entire life that I've traveled, never.

Disappointing

Will avoid that place in the future

The breakfast was OK and the location convenient for me.

1/ Too much noise from the air conditioning and the fridge in the room 2/ Presence of "bed bugs" (I caught an earwig on my pillow, and have been bitten 4 times)

Superb

My stay was comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I enjoyed my stay.

One night the lights went out, but not sure if it was an area-wide outage or just the hotel. At times I saw trash on the floor near the elevators, but it may have been due to customers.
