The breakfast was good The property was clean

The staff at the front desk not really helpful The delays in refunding the security deposit, we had breakfast charged to our room and on checking out i thought its easier to offset the account with what they will be holding but instead they ask you to pay the bill then take time to refund us of our deposit

The staff is lovely. Enjoyed a live pianist. Attention to design details throughout. Very beautiful, organized and clean. We enjoyed our stay!

If anything showed up they immediately took care of it so nothing negative to say.

We felt like royalty!

The hotel is new and clean. The bed is absolutely amazing. The room and amenities. Fresh flowers, Sental 33 body wash, shampoo and lotion. We purchase the Nishane and it smells fantastic!!

We ordered room service for dinner and it was delivered promptly, but could not get room service breakfast because no one would answer the phone. Thats why I only gave the 9 review. Everything else was delightful.
