Passable

Excellent location and overall safe facility but individual units were not updated or high-quality finishes.

We had to move units because the heat was not working properly in our first one. The utensils and furniture were not good quality. The bed in the second unit master bedroom was terrible. Extremely hard with uncomfortable linens.

Did not like the Finishings or amenities in the room.

The 2bdrm/2 bathroom was big.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I ended up having to sleep on 6 pillows just to make the bed comfortable enough for me to be able to sleep.

Location Big room..

Was surprise that cleaning has to be paid and scheduled; not enough stuff to use like changing of towels or having extra blankets, all they offer is detergent for us to wash

It was clean.. the size of the condo. And it's right off of the main drive. Not to close so you are stuck in traffic. Just a 1/2 mile back. The facility is being renovated. And there is a 24 hour maintained guard house. I wasn't sure about renting from a company I never heard off. But it was great.

The pool bar wasn't open. But it is late December. So maybe it's just the season. A walking path along the lake would be great. But nothing really worth complaining. Oh, here is something. The beds are hard. And the pillows were flat and there were no extra towels available But they did give us free detergent to wash the towels we had

Old, dirty, children hazard by using glass top kitchen table

Appliances were old in the kitchen rust on the stove. Washer and dryer in the closet appear to be at least 15 years old, questionable wiring, and the heating and air condition closet extremely noisy upstairs neighbors children running as early as 5:30 in the morning people talking as early as midnight at night I could hear everything through the ceiling. I sent information to the front desk never heard anything back offered pictures I had taken never heard anything back, and when I checked out the I would assume manager asked me how they contacted the people upstairs about the disturbances and I said I have no idea. No one has communicated anything with me, but I can assure you I would never recommend this place.

dissapointed in how staff handled the whole situation

Front desk staff. We called and they said if there is a room we could check in early. Got there and they kept repeating 4 o'clock is check in This was without even checking. I asked about going to pool and we needed towels They go you have to get from room. after going there we find towels at the pool. I kept checking over and over and all they said was 4 o'clock so 4 comes and they give us a room and we go and they are still cleaning it said another hour. In the meantime we have 2 young children with us. Back to front desk and they find a room which we could of had the whole time if they looked.

Disappointing

It was exhausting.

Looks nice. Spacious and a beautiful view.

It took myself and my 85 year old parents (who stood with a walker and cane) over 45 mins to get into our room. The keys/ lock didnt work. I had to drive to building 1 to get new keys twice from the front desk. Finally the engineer was called to let us in and he made repairs to the lock. When we finally got it the microwave wouldnt work so again. I had to drive to building 1 to heat up our food and the water I need to mix my medication. The engineer came the next day after I was insistent on someone coming to fix the microwave. The unit was nice but the appliances were old and the place was dusty.
