Superb

Fabulous hotel with super service, pretty location.

We were upgraded to a pool view room as there were building works going on the other side. Lovely big room with everything you could possibly need. Attention to detail all the way here. Capa restaurant on the top floor was very nice and a view of the fireworks.

The bar areas need more thought, there was nowhere to just go and grab a drink, you always had to book in and they didnt allow children to sit at the bar areas so was frustrating.

We love Four Seasons, but not anymore in Orlando....

I have visited 3 times this hotel. Year after year, unfortunately, but I have to say that, things going down and cheaper.

The food is expensive and very bad. Shampoo and things like that in rooms are cheaper than before......but prices are the same or more expensive than before.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the lazy river was just awesome, relaxing and not a whole bunch of crowd. Lots of activities for kids.The food was extraordinary. a wide variety of restaurants to dine. I liked Capa restaurant the most. Cleanliness of the room was just perfect and there was a spray jet bidet in the bathroom. Everything was just perfect. We definitely had a blast.

Lovely hotel, it really made our stay very comfortable.

Very clean, quiet, good sized rooms. Very quiet. Huge manicured grounds, good location. Polite staff, good service, nice food. Lots of pools, great for children and teens. Good kids club.

Quite an expensive stay. Buses to the parks which were timed wrongly (arriving too late if you want to use the early half hour opening) forcing us to get a taxi each day.
