Your Embassy Suites need to think about a common area for families.

The location and some of the staff are very nice. Our housekeeping person was very nice and professional.

My family came the visit Hawaii for Christmas and didn't have a lobby area to hang out longer than 9pm. The cleaning staff for the pool area on Christmas eve wouldn't allow us the play cards in an area that wasn't the pool area. He said the entire floor was closed. Most Embassy Suites have a common area for guests to hang out longer than 9pm. We had 22 members of our family to come and stay in your hotel. So we didn't have a room big enough. It felt as though we had a room curfew. Not cool for Embassy Suites.

Elevator traffic was very congested...I know you can't change that but it often took several minutes for an elevator to arrive and more often than not, it was already full so it required waiting for yet another one to arrive.

It was perfect! Walking distance to almost everything and the entire staff was amazing.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff during breakfast was very helpful in getting us seats for 6 people and they greeted us each morning with a smile, so many items to choose from, our kids definitely enjoyed it, especially the pool. Front desk was able to upgrade our family from a 1 bedroom suite to a 2 bedroom suite, Housekeeping was so nice, even when we didn't need our room cleaned they left a note and would call us to make sure everything was alright, happy hour was fun for me and my husband while the kids swam we had a few cocktails, all of the valets were quick, friendly and very patient with our family, especially with the 4 boys, we got to go walking and let the kids explore the stores and restaurants, we were very happy with everything.

The beds were super comfortable, the staff were so kind and really accommodating when we turned up 5 hours early. The rooms were large, clean, and even our city view suite had a partial ocean view which was really nice. The location is excellent - right in the middle of all the action!

The location and spaciousness of the 2 bedroom suites, and the wonderful staff. Our housekeeper Jonas was amazing.

Had a fantastic time and will visit again. :)

The room was comfortable and roomy for our family of 5. We really liked the breakfast in the morning and the offering of complimentary drinks at the pool in the evening. The access to the beach (a bit rough on the feet but still beautiful) was really easy and we liked the restaurants in the immediate area. The walk to the main part of Waikiki Beach was pretty quick. The laundry facility was clean and the machines were very efficient.

I felt like the price per night was substantial but the free breakfast and drinks took some of the load off.

No words - just Wow! Absolutely stunning Property. We will definitely be back to stay.

Location - central to everything. 5 min walk to beachfront. The rooms were stunning. The service throughout the entire property is 10/10 exceptional. Friendly staff- very helpful when asking questions. The pool was mean as, free hour cocktails were a absolute bonus no fault- will definitely be back

Perfect for families

Great value for a family with four younger kids. Location was really good, pool area way better than other resort hotels we have stayed at. Super helpful staff.
