Very spacious, clean and right at the city centre of main shopping area. Staff able to accomodate adjoining room with my sons' room.

GRAND HOTEL WELL LOCATED BUT ROOMS ARE FREEZING.

Location was excellent.

The rooms were freezing. They went from hot to cold depending on whether the air con was turn on by the hotel. At certain times of the day and night the air con was turned off by timer. We all got sick.
