The Leonardo Royal Hotel Barcelona Fira is a lovely, modern hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel is conveniently locate (Read More)d in a residential district with easy access to food and public transportation. The reception is particularly welcoming, making guests feel at home. However, some guests would have liked an indoor pool and replenished water in the rooms. Overall, it is a fantastic hotel with great amenities and a delicious breakfast. The only downside is the location, which requires travel to the city center.

Amazing hotel with great facilities

Clean, comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff who helped us discover Barcelona by providing a detailed map. The restaurant and bar were amazing, and provided great food for dinner.

The location is not the best as the hotel is located in downtown Barcelona. However, the metro works great and it was a 30 minute ride to the center. The only issue with the facilities was the "transport door" that was located in the back of the bar and was used by the staff to transport goods into the hotel. The staff used this door at nights which made the bar and restaurant freezing cold.

Nice hotel, terrible security, got robbed inside the hotel, 2 meters from reception and my luggage!

Nice design, modern, clean hotel, good rooms with enough facilities, nice roof top pool

We got robbed 2 meters from the reception while checking in at 10AM. The thief waited for an opportunity when we turned for 10-20 seconds, walked in and stole 2 bugs, lost 300+ pounds worth of clothes and personal items. All we got from the staff was "Sorry, it happens"?! This is not acceptable and the most bizarre thing I have ever heard. It happened inside on their premises, anybody can walk it and rob you. After pushing for some form of compensation, we got offered free breakfast only lol.. We stayed the night since we were beyond tired and shocked and checked out earlier, cancelled the rest of the stay.

Hotel is near to bus station. Kind and helpful stuff. There is comfortable conference room. Beautiful view from the roof (where is pool).

In bathroom there is no toilet brush. There was no cosmetics in the room (just a soap), no bathrobe, no slippers. For people on gluten free diet there have only one kind of muffin and one kind of croissant. Dirty windows in rooms. For this price I expected something more.

Good and decent costs

Almost all except relation with customers due to low knowledge of English language

Is not ok to wait with the other coming for breakfast,till the confirmation ticket is printed and signed as well the speech about you not have breakfast included ,would you like to take now and pay ??? If I am there 6 days and every day is asking same lady about what to say about ? Waitresses can bring the note to table for confirmation and sign no problem as all of us take breakfast slowly so time they have ! The procedure is totally wrong !
