Disappointing

Not a great experience. Serious plumbing issue.

Well located, easy check in. Parking.

Very very expensive - it was New Year, but still ridiculously expensive for what it was. Room pretty scruffy. A plumping problem which meant that a clean toilet filled up with sewage from the pipes. Really grim. Meant that when we arrived looked like someone had used the toilet. Smelt bad too. The photo doesnt show how bad it was. It was noisy too - I have a video.

Bad

Couldnt sleep properly as I was conscious how dirty it was. Would not recommend.

The location was good

The room was dirty, stains on the pillow, hairs in the bed, part of a chocolate bar left on the carpet, curtains full of stains. The beds on wheels and everytime I moved I wasn't sure where I was going to end up. The tv is behind the curtains which isn't ideal.

Spacious room Parking at rear

Not being able to cancel to smaller room as 2 went instead of 4 due to illness. Also non refundable room so couldn't cancel. Was supposed to be superior room. Very dated and mismatch furnishings.was not a nice room. Entry was a bit of a pain with the electronic keypad

Is a nice place just have warm clothes with you for during the night !

The car park free , the price was good , the beds was comfortable , the room was clean .Free wi-fi but works on and off . I would love to come back .

The central heating was off during the evening/night, not sure about during the day and is cold during the night . We had a small electric radiator but is too small for the room .

Warm, nice, clean, comfy.

The room was clean and really nice, it's warm and bright. There is everything you need: two heaters, a kettle, tea, milk, sugar, coffee, hair dryer, whole body mirror, table, chair, sink, TV. Shared bathroom feels like personal bathroom since it was always empty when I need it.

The hall way in the lower ground was dark, maybe it was time to change the light.

Superb

Get place to stay, very comfortable and the staff were terrific. I would highly recommend staying here if your in Edinburgh for a few days. A little bit of a walk from the centre however it's not difficult to find!

I didn't have any problems with the accommodation.

Good for a place to sleep, location is on a major bus route with several buses going into the city.

The room was one of the cheapest we could find in a very expensive city. It was very basic, wifi was included but not great. The family room was spacious, which was good, and had own bathroom which was basic but worked fine.

The double bed was very uncomfortable, no hand towel to wipe hands, wifi kept dropping out.

Clean and tidy facilities, comfortable bed, good heating back up( oil filled radiator). Good access from back and front doors, back door avoided stairs. Good privacy

Unknown no of people.sharing bathroom for planning visits.
