The beds were comfortable, but the heating was a problem. The hotel lacks nearby amenities. However, the stay was clean and comfortable with easy access to the metro and ferry. Very good

Nice hotel, nice staff

The location was good mainly because of the metro! Well connected. The staff super friendly as well!

I didn't like that the bathroom was not clean enough. The toilet had yellow stains the whole 4 nights that we where there and the housekeeper didn't bother to clean enough... We never mentioned this to reception, because everytime we left the room we were in such a hurry; as a hotel its their duty to leave the room 100% clean.

Hotel areas, room, next to metro, breakfast

We arrived at 11:00am earlier than the check-in opens, and they claimed they dont have a clean room available for us based on our reservation. Instead of trying to get us a room as soon as possible, they proposed to either store our luggage in the hotel and get back at 15:00, or upgrade room.

A lady during the New years eve she was serving champagne for everyone and we requested a glass. She said " it is not for you" we feel bad. Also i could pay. Some stuffs are not friendly

Family city break

Great hotel. Comfortable, clean & the staff were very accommodating. A bit out of Copenhagen centre but very close to the metro & water taxi which are so easy to use. Recommended.
