The location made up for the hotels deficiencies.

Stylish ground floor and great location.

Small boring rooms. Little to no natural daylight. No coffee shop. The hallways had flecks of paper, a staple and crumbs on the carpet which remained there for 4 days. There were signs of shabbiness - scuff marks on the walls, scratches on the side tables - poor maintenance for such an expensive property. An adaptor was not available when one was requested.

Great location, great people, friendly service, excellent decor.

Everything was great. We had a very good room. The shutters kept out all street light and much of the sound. The decor was fantastic as were the staff, the breakfast was excellent and would highly recommend. The only comment I would make is the light in the bathroom was not good for putting on makeup... a female issue but all else above standard.

The light over the bathroom mirror, was not great for putting on makeup.

Utter and absolute epitome of a regret.

The location.

So much I could say but basically everything - the price, lack of swimming pool on the same hotel, my room was like a jail there were no windows and no wow factor for $500 a night, staff did not have attention to detail and kept messing up small tasks, then lacked empathy when I asked for a complimentary drink for a minor complimentary drink. Nothing about this is 5 star

It was amazing and i loved their staff. Very frienedly and respectful.

It was fantastic. Clean and very comfortable. Location wise is also great! close to the mrt and alot of shops nearby.

Only one member of the staff that we met, when we arrived was incredible. The restaurant staff and the early morning staff were not very professional. The price also didnt make sense

Very good

nice stay in the historic China town of Singapore

great location, slightly run down but the hotel has a unique charm. first two nights I wasnt satisfied with my room, but staff provided me with a beautiful room for the rest of my stay.

slightly dlabre.. but overall everything went ok
