The staff at DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa at Warren Place are extremely nice and helpful, quickly attending to any requests. The hotel offers amenities such as Starbucks coffee, conference rooms, and a (Read More) dining option for breakfast and supper. The rooms are clean, but not soundproof, and some guests enjoy a great view from the higher floors. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants and shops within a short walk from the hotel.

Disappointing

I thought I paid for a Hilton stay instead I got motel 6.

The parking garage was connected to the elevators.

Hidden parking fees. Room thermostat wasnt working. Dirty bathroom especially the tub. The tub had black food prints. Long string hair all over the bathroom. No mattress covers.

Hilton is unresponsive to customer problems.

I never reached the hotel. I stayed there in September and on my way back to Israel in October, got stuck in Frankfurt. I tried to reserve another Hilton hotel at the Frankfurt airport, and Booking accidentally booked me an UNREFUNDABLE reservation, once again in Tulsa. Neither Booking nor Hilton have taken any responsibility for this error, and I paid for a night in Tulsa while being a continent away. I wrote to the hotel. It gave me no response. I'm really upset that Hilton isn't more responsive to customer problems. I just joined the honors program but don't think I'll be using Hilton much more.

Mostly fine.

Clean facilities

The water for the shower barely got warm - and not until it was turned all the way and the pressure was considerably diminished. I took two cold showers, called it in twice, and was never told how to get it to function. I figured it out the 3rd time. The easy chair could have used a small side table and a stool/ottoman. I believe these were available when I stayed a decade ago.

1. The front desk person checking us in would not really speak to us very much...she was more concerned about talking to a gentleman at the side of the counter. 2. The pillows were too soft.

It sucked.

Booked king room, was told none were available even though their own website showed them available. There were no glasses or cups in the room. The thermostat was set at 64, but never got cold. The whirlpool/spa was extremely hot and we like hot spas. Booking website says free parking, but it isnt. Will not be staying here again.
