Awesome stay

We did our check-in at the executive lounge desk and was served by the friendly Asrori while waiting for our room to be ready. Both rooms were excellent, spacious and had such good facilities/ amenities.

A wonderful stay

Good hospitality. Made mine and my family stay an unforgettable experience. Big thanks to the great and friendly dedicated staffs that had ensured in making our stay as comfortable, safe and enjoyable as possible. Convenient location, walking distance to the huge Tunjungan Mall, food joints and shopping for souveniors. The stretch along Tunjungan St also comes alive during the night with arrays of decorated street lightings.

All the staff were very helpful & polite.. the toiletries are of high quality the housekeeping boys were very helpful the sales team were very attentive too.. always checking via whatsapp

we stayed for about 6days not sure if the pillowcases & bedsheets were changed at least once in two days? otherwise all else are good

A truly sparkling property and an amazing stay.

Amazing property and great F&B selection as well. The staff came up with a birthday surprise for my daughter and it made the experience all the more amazing. The breakfast at Makan Kitchen covers almost every palate and it was so delicious that we had to get our dinner there as well on one of our nights. Truly an amazing experience. The only sore point was traffic was pretty bad but everything else was nearby thus walking is a great option.

The traffic was pretty bad outside the hotel especially during peak hours but isn't that an issue everywhere else in Indonesia :). Other than this, nothing truly could spoil the amazing experience.
