overall the hotel is still good.

luxury looks and design

need to improve on the maintenance and cleanliness of room. the access to the connecting mall is not so convenient and always passing by a smoking corner. its better to have indoor access via Lobby level.

Okay for a one night stop off. Rather expensive compared with other places we stayed at.

Okay place but too corporate for our liking. It served our purpose for one night but it felt quite soulless.

Very average hotel. Location is great

Restaurant is bad. Rooms very noisy. Staff not well trained, no idea what they are doing. Nice hotel for locals but no international appearance. 3 Star, no more.

I have travelled extensively thru Asia and this is the best hotel

The staff were super amazing and helped us out with difficult upcoming travel arrangements. We can not thank them enough. This hotel is second to none. We have been there 3 times now. Location, staff, food and rooms very high standard

Very nice hotel.

Breakfast was very nice with lots of options, restaurant was well staffed who were very efficient. Very nice room with large comfortable bed. On the whole a very nice hotel.

Car parking isnt sign posted very well but thats only a small matter.

some staff should stay in several food station to assist because there are so many varieties of food and the one with lots of rice choices was not attended
