Good 5 star hotel

Reception rang my room at 9pm to ask a trivial question - how old my kids were for buffet breakfast. I was fast asleep after a long day of travelling and the call woke me up.

Fabulous Hotel

I liked the option of accessing the horizon lounge. All the staff was excellent in the service delivery, a special mention to Diana and Sania for making our visits so special !! See you next year !! Was the peace I needed to get things done.

Its old and dated. I have to walk pass so many meeting rooms before reaching the gym thats so old of equipment. Also there are rooms beside the gym but theres lack of signages what room these were..i was looking for the sauna... and the walk to the nearest mall wasnt as pleasant as i had thought it shd be

Superb

We loved our stay here. It was FAB.

The lounge,bed, room, pool and staff. Evening cocktails and canapes Great Breakfast selection. The quietness.

I think the hotel still allows smoking in the reception lounge and club floor and as such both areas have a distinct smell. They have extractors and purifiers to get rid of the smell, but it does not work completely.
