The best location in town just connected with tunjungan Plaza Mall .the rooms were clean and tidy.Breakfast as always great, alot of choice of foods,drinks and fruits.Pantry very usefull.Amenities also great

we're dissapointed when they(receiptionist) didn't let our daughter play piano at the lobby while on previous time the pianis promised us to ler her play.Also the the lady at the restaurant was annoying when she asked us to pay extra since we're 4 person but she didn't know that we're staying in family room....very rude.Actually she can check the list acurately before we lost our face at the front of our kids.Anyway,we might to comeback since we love the location

Stay is still alright and hope after upgrading so be good for the price we pay

Location is good connecting to mall. So no worry about getting hungry.

Some Rooms are old though upgrading is getting on. They are renovating the gym so current gym is very small and equipment are few.

As soon as you go outside it is in a bad part of town and is very dirty with many people looking to scam foreign guests but that is the case all over Surabaya

Good located hotel with good facility and nice breakfast!

De location en de facilities of the hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was LOVELY! Free high-tea and free-flow drinks after check in are a big plus at Sheraton

The pool-water is too cold even in the afternoon.
