Super convenient location as it's right outside of Ebisu Station. Staff seemed friendly. If staying for one night only it's not terrible.

Not very convenient for staying multiple nights. If staying multiple nights, you need to "check out" each time by 10:00 and can't return until 2:00 therefore defeating the purpose of having a multi-night stay. The only way to get to your pod is taking an elevator, as there is only one for the entire place and moves really slow.

Fantastic stop over

Everything was great, very well organised, easy check-in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pyjamas, towels, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided in a washbag; plus body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the excellent showers. There is plenty of space in the washroom/vanity area, with hairdryers and spare sockets at each basin. The capsules had a USB port, mains socket, a light, extractor fan and mirror. We stayed 2 nights and didn't realise that we couldn't access the rooms or lockers between 10am and 2pm between the 2 nights. So you must be organised and take with you everything you need for a day out. We were able to keep our luggage there safely during this time, and after checkout the next day.

The only small criticism, is the other guests, who do not all adhere to the silence at night time in the dorms.

Facilities are old, absolutely no sound proofing even compared to other capsule hotels, more of a hostel vibe than capsule hotel - mostly foreigners and place gets loud and unneat that way

Cheap, cheerful, clean. Great location, bed comfy, cleaning wash in showers really nice.

I understand staff need to clean/change bed as short stays are probably a quick turnaround. I stayed 2 nights. I was allowed to leave my backpack in locker, but absolutely no-one can stay after 10am, and no returns between 2pm. Not even to get luggage. 2nd night was to be near transport for my flight 11pm, not being allowed to stop like many allow a little longer was a pain.

Very good

Its a clean place on a good location and what is a little bit annoying that you need to check out every day so you can never live longer in your bed like 10 oclock in the morning. This is sometimes a little bit hard if you have to work five days and its your day that you can chill a little bit for the rest its good

Superb

Customers need to respect the rules.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is very good and close to the metro and JR station. Facilities are fine, the sauna was great!

I've noticed that some customers (especially Japanese customers) were breaching the rules and smoking in the room and toilets. Also some guests were drinking alcohol in the small bedroom which isn't allowed. I found it very dangerous since the materials can easily burn due to the dry season during winter. Better to have a smoking area if there is a smoking area in the building.
